Wow! I just looked back to see when I started the first Daily Accountability Challenge, and it was in February of 2018 - almost five years ago! If you're interested in getting in on this first challenge of the New Year, it is called Daily Accountability 2023-#01. Just click on the "Challenges" tab and do a search for the name. This week's challenge starts today, but I think you have until the end of the day to sign up. We're at 49 participants so far. We'd be glad to have you join us!

I need to get 10 lbs off so I joined the challenge. I think this is the first time I've joined. I had stopped posting my food and exercise after I got to goal, but now I need to start doing it again. Thanks for inviting me.
