Definitely getting bigger. No way you can stay the same by the work you put in. Slow and steady wins the race buddy keep at it you inspire me to keep going too. Remember when we talked about me being able to do a push-up, I did three today.😊😊😊

yago-Santiago thanks its also harder to not8ce the progress right now as I'm gaining some fat at the same time that is covering the deffiniton. I'm listening to thw others advice and trusting the process though I know I'm getting stronger so I have to be gaining the muscle. I'm looking forward to seeing what I've built in a few months
