Skiing was the workout of the day today. All the squats, lunges, hanging leg raises, weighted declined sit ups, and core crushers I've done this year really had a positive impact on my skiing too. not much of a rest day today lol

LivinBreezy yeah my garmin watch records everything. Conditions weren't really great for skiing too fast today though.

yago-Santiago I'm a skier I tried snowboarding once and I was terrible. I will ski pretty much anything put in front of me as far as ratings go you just won't find me hitting any big jumps or jumping off any cliffs I'm too old for that now. When I go to better places I spend as much time in the glades skiing the trees as possible I was a ski instructor for many years.

I also ski unfortunately, years ago I tore all the ligaments of the left leg, it cost me to recover 9 months, as if I had given birth, I went back to skiing, but I left the bumps, I love the feeling, especially the icy air on the face, and lying down, I am at risk, I can not avoid it at my 62 years I keep looking for that adrenaline.⛷️

I was 'just' able to fit back into my ski pants last weekend! But all of my equipment is old and my boots probably don't fit anymore. I loved skiing but its been a few years and starting back up is and expensive 'start up'. Jealous!

HcB blue mountain in PA. My second time there it's no Vermont 😂 but it gets less traffic then the stuff closer to NYC
