Not really a food picture poster but heres tonights dinner. corned beef , baked sweet potato, and air fried brussel sprouts 997 kcal. time to chug some coffee and start my leg day.

Looks great! There is a place in the east bay that has really awesome corned beef and cabbage. So, the Brussels sprouts, they aren’t bitter tasting? I’ve been wanting to try them out but always hear they have a bitter taste to them.

I love Brussels sprouts but could not eat that many. Or that many sweet potatoes either. You can put it away. LOL.

I eat a pound of Brussels at a time (which is about what you have on your plate) -- but with nothing else. Love 'em roasted with soy sauce & rice vinegar or with teriyaki sauce & wasabi.

ajbusjahn made your own wow definitely haven't tried that before cooking it in the crock pot all day is as far as we take it lol it was good its not a normal menu item for us

Daddy Manatee I love the brussel sprouts either cut in half and broiled in the oven or air fried. I prefer the smaller ones over larger ones and they are best with some cracked black pepper and drizzled wth some Balsamic vinegarette. I just had then with pepper and some garlic powder to gift though.

JustBananas my favorite is with a light Balsamic and cracked pepper but we didn't have my favorite Balsamic 😢

TheUnhealthyDaddy I consistently go overboard on protein. Yesterday was 212 grams. This meal was actually 67 grams there may be some more meat hiding under there somewhere.
