am going to push up the protein did my macros should be bmr 1721 calories tdee 2796 calories per day 2314 protein 177 grms carbs 205 grms fat 76 grms work to do doing 4 days gym upper body day 1 cardio day two and four lower body day three one day off repeat i am just starting to enjoy the workputs after going for quite a while now who knew
