Thanks they were really good . Struggling to get my butt in gear to go put them to good use and workout. I'm tired and we have been very busy I already missed the past 2 days of workouts ughhhhhh

Alright I guess I better go workout my son just pulled up his pant leg flexed his leg and said Dad my calves are almost as big as your arm muscles 😄

thanks I've decided that's my last big meal lol the bulk is being cut 2 weeks short I need a change I'm burnt out
