Usually, I walk 15 minutes (10 laps through my house for 1/2 mile) then I take a 15-minute break to do a few things on my daily ToDo list. Today, I’m falling back to sleep in the chair after each walking stint, and I’m walking a bit more slowly than usual. But, I’m getting it done! Back to it!
