“Walk 2-1/2 miles” sounds like such a daunting task today! I’m dragging more than I have been up til now. Need motivation and determination that I’m having trouble mustering this morning. Tested Positive again yesterday, UGGGH. I think I’ll go back to bed (second time this morning), and hopefully feel more energized when I awaken.

Thank you, Shirley. Besides trying to somehow get in the walking today, in not doing anything else. I’ve managed to get in two 1/2-mile segments with a half-hour break in between. I know myself well enough to know that if I miss even one day, I might not be able to hang onto the habit. I think that if I can just push through today, I’ll be over the hardest part. Weird that I’ve been ok the first four days and then drag on the fifth day. Guess there aren’t any real “norms” with this virus. Seems to be different for everybody! On a good note, my husband finally has some energy and motivation this morning!

Im struggling to get past this exhaustion phase myself. I start feeling a little better and overdo it, next day Im dragging. Im taking it easier today, I wake up tired. Try not to push it. Hope you feel better soon
