Debbie Cousins's Journal, 16 May 23

Today is Day #327 on this Way of Eating. I’m pretty sure I’ve never consistently been on a “diet” for this long. It’s Day #203 following a regular exercise routine. I’m positive that has never happened in my life! Thank you to all the people who have encouraged me along the pathway to better health.

Weight up this morning, but thankfully still in the 190’s.

Now out of the Pineapple-Cheese Casserole. Will finish the Sweet Potato Casserole and the 4-layer Chocolate Dessert today. There will still be some Broccoli Casserole remaining g for a couple more days. Husband is finishing off the Caramel Cake and the Green Bean Casserole. Still plenty of Spiral Ham!

You amaze me! I'm glad I can catch up with all you are doing every few days. Now that Mother's Day is over I hope you can get some rest and that your knees get better. Life is hard that you were not the one to be "spoiled" on Mother's Day but I totally understand life just isn't that way. Yes, we have to be grateful to our precious Lord for the things in our life that "are" positive and try to let the other stuff go. Please remember you are loved and appreciated. I love you, sis. And God loves you more than all the rest of the world put together because He "is" love. You have many crowns waiting for you in Heaven.

Changing your lifestyle is much more than a "diet" it is becoming a healthier person, and that is what you are doing. Keep going, you're doing very well.
