Ours are landlocked deep mountain lake we have some 50+lbs caught on the regular DNR dumps 18000 a year into lake only 3-5% they say make it

I‘ve seen videos of deep lake striper fishing. Looks like a blast🎣👍 My dad caught a 58 lb striper from the beach on my birthday in 1988. Unfortunately, I wasn‘t there at the time.

Absolutely Matt !! I love when food stares at me. 👀🙃 But seriously, I brine & light smoke the heads of steelhead & salmon and the pick out the head meat (minus eyes) and make a salmon salad out of it. The meat is rich tasting and full of good fat. Super delish😋😋
