Well, I made it through the whole day, until 9:19 without any junk food treats. After I woke up at 9 to have my (planned for) King’s Hawaiian Roll with butter, I yielded to ONE Entenmann’s Rich Frosted Mini Chocolate Donut. I could easily have eaten two, like I did yesterday, but I exercised SOME restraint. Usually, I would ALSO have a Danish Butter cookie or a break off a KitKat bar. Pretty tempted by that KitKat. I’m under 2,000 calories now, though (after having an average of 2,228 calories a day last week). I WAS under 1,800 before eating the donut. Six more of those in the fridge. Ok, going back to bed now. OH, I drank one 16-oz bottle of water today (it’s something), and I drank about two less cans of Diet Coke than usual. Maybe I’ll do even better 2m0!
