😱last lift / exercise session before Saturdays race. Had some more protein crepes with this mornings breakfast then hit the weights. Followed it up with some farmers walks and sand bag carries up and down my driveway plus some sled pulls and obstacle training mixed in. Been Noticing my triceps have really blown up lately cant wait to start the bulk soon even though I just spent a month cutting back about 4.5 lbs 🤪 I'll do some more obstacle stuff with the kids tonight then the rest of the week will just be mobilty, stretching and some walking.

Those crepes look amazing! I have some that I want to make into crepes with protein powder and was thinking of putting cottage cheese and berries inside. How much are yuou lugging up and down the lane with your Farmers Walk?!! Your muscles are popping!
