finally stepped into the current times and started using hevy instead of pen and paper to record my lifts lol. Making huge progress in the gym lower body still lagging behind but upper has exploded. Moko13 🤣🤣yes my first workout ever lol the app is pretty cool there are a bunch of people on here using it. The deadlift jack works but It still just looks like the peice of scrap wood that it is 🤣I'll have to pretty it up a bit. Have you gotten more snow again?

Awsome Deal Brother Keep up the progress I’m a Big Body myself currently 356 and need to lose at least 100lbs in the Gym now at least 4 days a week get the weight training and some cardio on I love to lift Heavy s#+t but injuries got me being cautious these days You doing great stay encouraged Beast

Ah yes, many inches of snow have accumulated so it’s official. Weather has been decent though in the 20s. I wish I could just whip up a jack out of scrap wood! I may have to d/l that app to check it out.

Supergainz1 lol yeah that's what I normally do but I get all these damn ads on tik tok for deadlift Jack's that I decided I need one but don't wnat to drop the money on one 😅 I gotta say my make shift jack is so much easier than rolling it on a plate I just have to make it prettier now 🤣

Supergainz1 tomorrow will be 4 weeks into the bulk and its taken me that long just to get back around what I was doing back in April after finishing the last bulk and cut. so frustrating and leaving me with lots of thinking as to how I'm going train after this bulk and cut cycle when I start adding the endurance training back in for all my spartan races again.

Yea one builds muscles and detrimental to long distance running. And the other catabolizes muscles to be more efficient in longer distance running. The answer is steroids 🤔

Supergainz1 Yes !! steroids are definitely the answer . It really makes you wonder how guys like Nick Barre are able to be so successful in two completely contradicting adaptations !! I have a few plans I'm considering but going to keep doing research on my best approach. ultimately it's my passion to keep doing these races and push my abilities in them higher and higher so I will find whatever works best for my goals but it may take some more experimenting. lifting, running and obstacle training are alot to do all at once I need to find the correct balance but I have 4 more months to think about what that balance may be. if not then there's always the test, tren, dbol, route lol 😈

God dammit that guys name comes up all the time whenever I tell people they can’t be a buff marathoner 😂 I tell them to try it yourself and see if you could. And when you can’t then ask yourself why? Then ask those that are close friends with you to try it too. Then ask why they can do it. The answer is steroids 😂 I have 3 friends that brings his name up since last about 2 years ago. I told to them try it for themselves. Guess what, all 3 can’t build mass. I don’t run marathons and guess what, I’m the biggest out of the 4. And now one is following my footsteps and is starting to get bigger…. He’s atleast on trt for sure.

kaylinrenee I would definitely recommend keeping track of your lifting and crossfit stuff in some way or another. not as big of a deal when uou first start because you should be making progress fairly easily but that will slow down and keeping track will be how you know your still progressing. rock lifter your funny 🤣
