So close to hitting the bench goal I've been after!! failed 225 but it was my best fail yet lol controled descent and made it 2/3rds of the way up but lost the battle... maybe if I eat all 3 next time I can get it 🤔 still happy I hit a good squat pr of 295lbs 2 days ago

unity1234 haha it's all yours 👍best fail yet is still your most successful attempt right? I really thought I had it too I haven't tried in months and have been focusing on dumbell flat and incline Bench and dips instead but going to add some heavy barbell bench sets back in because I really want that 225 bad

there not low calorie 280 calories but way less than I would have thought and they are pretty big too

Instead of cinnamon rolls with icing, I’d call these icing with a cinnamon roll. 😝😝😝😝😝

Doogle1 lol idk I feel like im letting the power of the cina buns down by not being able to hit that damn 225 lol 😆 its all good I'll get it soon just happy I have gotten back all the muscle I lost doing all my endurance training and have now made forward progress past my previous Strength in every lift
