Weight down 1.1 pounds this morning after keeping calories under 1,800 yesterday and burning almost 350 extra calories by getting in 3 miles of walking. Also got in 48 ounces of Water and over 20 grams of Fiber. A good day! I needed one.

Today, I’ve already gotten in 56 ounces of water and walked 4.5 miles. Done with water for the day, but hoping to get up to 5 or even 6 miles before midnight. Fiber goal met. So far, still under 1,800 calories. Another good day!
