well it started off great then silly obligations got in the way lol had to stop and finish making dinner , tend to the fire , fix the broken garage door, help the kids with various requests etc

OTB… yeah well you saw my Reuben style lunch ! While at WallyWorld it was a toss up between that, Cinnabons or Supers apple pie and ice cream. Cinnabons will happen probably sooner than later.

Just curious. Is that your home gym? Have you ever worked with a trainer to show you lifting techniques, etc? I am working with a trainer because I'm old, and I don't want to run the risk of getting hurt lifting incorrectly. He's expensive. So I hope after a year or so, I can work out on my own to keep costs manageable.
