turtle power ... squat 270×12 ... I need to start doing some cardio again though that set left me gassed

LOLOLOL and I am groaning about a 20# resistance band.....even though I know I am also using my body weight during squats, the bands just make me feel like I am doing the squat with someone standing on my shoulders!! I'll get stronger!...baby steps for beginners!

@Deb It will come & it will come quicker than you think. That's the one thing I hate about recording squats on Hevy. It didn't take into account body weight. Imagine reaching your goal weight & improving your strength at the same time. You will knock it out of the box! 🙌👊💥

@YOH 🤣 That's not hard to do on leg day. I guess that's one advantage of a home gym. I STG if it ever happens to me (it almost has!) at the gym, I will die! 🤣💀⚰️

I may have neglected to take into account that I've been hacking up a lung for the past 3 days I'm sure that had a lot to do with it lol I do think I need to add some low impact cardio back in maybe in January start doing some zone 2 on my bike trainer. that will have given my knee 3 full months off from excess walking and no running. I don't want to deal with that IT band BS again this year again!!
