If it’s catch and release, you don’t have to log them at all

Lol. Seriously for like a minute I couldn’t figure out if all my carbs counted towards all the carbs I was trying to eat because of all the net carbs talk out there 🤣

Carb minus fiber

What body of water were you fishing in to catch that particular food?😂

Doc put me on low-carb diet. It's easier to count calories. Dang pain in the ass.

250 🤪 The calories fall out through the holes in the net

Funny but if you are asking a real question, subtract the fiber count from the carb count and that will give you the net carbs

Deduct the total grams of fiber from the total grams of carb and you got net carbs. Easy

I just count them all because at most that would subtract 120 calories for the day.

This is a trick question. The two items in your net have almost zero fiber. So you / FS/ or any other calorie counter don’t get to deduct anything !!

Yeah the net thing is funny. always very confusing with the different countries having different rules both about how they label carbs and how many calories they subtract

My nutritionist told me 1g of fiber subtracts 1g of carb.

P.S. I have the fiber column turned on for my food tracking.

Frankly, I don't even worry with "net" anything. I just see what my intake of total calories, % of carbs, fat, and protein is for the day. If it is in a normal range, then I am good.
