had the gym set up perfectly for a full body workout. Mostly supersets with minimal setup and weight movements between sets.

Oh man there are some serious weights on bars there, how do you do it? They must be multiples of your body weight, for sure??

Very nice! I often wish I could set up 2 different weight selections in barbells at the gym but if I did Id probably get beat up!💪💪

Diana - gym ettiquette on what weights one can monopolize is very fluid. I wish my gym would post something. I work out at princeton university in the am and its all students. They sit on a machine and look at their phone between sets. Drives me nuts

Diana 1234 🤣 yeah I dont think you could get away with this at a gym 🤣 I was perfect though I superseded deadlift with overhead barbell press then moved the hooks down and supersetted calf raises with close grip bench press then used the multigeip bar again to do seal rows with some hammer curls
