the plates in the house just aren't big enough so I started using a sled instead 😁

on work days I usually polish off 9 ounces of chicken 1lb of baby carrots 3 or 4 rice cakes and 3 apples not counting breakfast or dinner 🤷‍♂️I'm the worst

True haters will judge the knife as well as the food. That’s the wrong knife for that food and doesn’t work with the toboggan charger you’re using. Animal.

wifey9707 lol you could score this whole sled full for about 1600 calories !! 1lb baby carrots for 175 cals chicken is around four 9 ounce uncooked servings the 2 rice cakes 45cals each the 2 big apples by weight are about 90 cals each and the 2 small about 60 cals each ... life is good when you have a belly full of whole foods and still losing weight even if some people think that means you have an eating disorder and dooming yourself for failure 🤦‍♂️
