Wah-wah! Will i ever reach the 50# loss mark? I am annoyed by this bc i had a good week and month! But last night i had a wild tryst with a box of cheez-its. Late. Then the granola got in on it too. I need to go shopping bc we are out of everything. I just have to hunker down and keep going.
83.5 kg Lost so far: 20.9 kg.    Still to go: 15.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

You will when you stop/minimize putting processed foods in your mouth. Willpower doesn't hold a candle to foods that are designed to screw up our health and weight. Hunker down Jen, hunker down. Shop around the edge of your supermarket as best as possible and stay away from the middle aisles.

@ches, ty for encouragement, and you are right! I bought those blanking cheez-its for my roommate (he needs to gain #s) but then i couldn't keep my mitts out of them! And yeah it has been harder to eat right as the fresh "perimeter foods" have dwindled at home!

@chrisw77, you are the dr phil of fs, lol! @tomlong, you are preaching to the choir, but he basically is not interested in food, let alone healthy foods, so really whatever he will eat is a plus. He basically lives on pizza and pepsi. But also, the beauty of being single at this stage of my life is i only have to worry about me. He is a grown man and he can do what he wants. 😁

So, just don't buy the stuff you can't / shouldn't eat: let your roommate buy it if he wants, but ask he put it away where you won't see and be tempted by it.
