Wah-wah! Oh well. I was not super disciplined last week, and taking hope in what someone here said about the scale and the tape measure -- when one is stuck the other is busy. But also, i am going to keep trying to knock it off with the snacking. Going to fair one week from today. Would LOVE to be in 160s by then, but gonna stay the course no matter what.

Sunday rest day! We took the dog to this huge dog park yesterday and she had a blast. It is like 70 acres and tons of trails and ponds and city dogs everywhere having the time of their lives.

She is a rescue and was abused so she is super timid and does not get how to let loose and play. So it used to be a chore to take her bc she would just cower behind my legs the whole time, and i was so fat it was really hard to walk the hills and trails. But yesterday she really seemed to get it and just ran around to her heart's content. Much easier for me too!

I have been having more and more nsvs. Today i wore a little pair of canvas tennies that i haven't worn for years bc it was too difficult to put them on.

We got all our chores and errands done, except for walking the doggy. So it is on to sunday funday! Hope you all are having a great weekend, fs!

First off, love the shirt and it's message. I try to live my life by that code. Secondly...you are doing fantastic! Thank you for sharing and showing myself and others that it can be done even if you fall down every so often.

Ty @adef! @nikeit, ty. This dog hit the jackpot with us, we like to say! But it is mutual, as she has come out of her shell more and more each month. She is so adorable and it is so heartening to see her recovery. It is like she is aging backwards, and very inspiring for my own life. @cynthiaaeh, i think you are the one who had the gem i quoted!!

To keep from snacking, keep none in the home.

My wife and I should get a matching pair of those shirts. For those occasions when a quiet reminder would be good.
