had a rough week mentally and did less than half the exercise I have been doing and had chips and choc lots! seeing a nutritionist next week 😊
73.7 kg Lost so far: 5 kg.    Still to go: 3.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Hang in there, and please don't burn yourself out by wanting too much too quickly. This is just a minor setback, and 500g a week is great progress. Slow and steady wins the race!

thanks Kaithekai, I'm getting married in Jan and want to lose another 14.7kgs...in 16 weeks...my GP said I can do 1300 cals per day and do intermittent fasting twice a week but I get sooo hangry lol

The goal is worth it - so i have no doubt you will do it. The important thing to focus on is the new habit of focused eating. The weight will come off if you stick to the plan. The plan of 1300 is a great plan and it means you are on track. I am aiming at 1000 - somedays yes and somedays no. But it means i can do 400 cals on dairy free icecream somwdays - so that makes up for it :) stay strong

Kiwimike I think I would literally bite people's heads off on 1000 cals!!

Screw calorie counting. Low Carb high fat 👍 Easy yummy and no counting. I'm not trying to sell anything. It's just something that works for me and my friends. We have on average lost 10kg in 12 weeks. I tried calorie counting. It didn't work for me even when I did 1200 a day and went to gym 3 times a week. I was always hungry and miserable. I no longer go to gym nor am I hungry and miserable.
