It dipped lower during the week, but i will take it! Gotta lose these #s to get to the next ones!

It has taken me around 8 or 9 weeks to lose 6#. But i have eaten a lot of food not typically on my woe and my workouts have been spotty. Usually this is where i would give up, but i just need to get focused again. I am really blessed to be able to control so much of my environment right now. So it is really up to me. Also, i am not minding going slow bc my body feels thin, even though i know i am still fat. My head needs to have time to catch up. I am so close to being "just overweight." Patience is our friend.

You are doing great and you lost weight! I know you are now back on track and you will get to where you want to go because you don't quit! Besides, I desperately need your posts around here - they make my day! We are both SO close to that overweight category - I think that is messing with my head somehow and a little self-destruction crept in - but now it's full steam ahead to overweight...LOL
