i thought bc Thursday i ate so much that i got sick friday. Now i think it is some kind of stomach flu. I will take the loss. I sure haven't been interested in eating or working out.

Also roommate has been sick so that probably explains it. Feeling blessed to have the time to be sick!

Ty everyone. Rm just went to store and is bringing me some bubbly water. @cherrywoman, you are totally right, my eating has been high and my workouts nonexistent. Only saving grace is i have continued to log. But my progress has stopped too, so there is a correlation, lol. Was just telling rm i am glad i have not gained, bc i have been pretty off program.

Hi Jen, I am so sorry you aren't feeling well - hope you get better soon! You are doing great maintaining during the holidays - when the holidays are difficult it is really easy to gain but you aren't - just remember in 2 weeks they will be over and done and January is a good renewal place - GET WELL!!

Ty so much, everyone! Yes the holidays have been kind of a mess. Not so sorry to have an illness that killed my appetite for a few days. Gearing up for new year!!
