if I can lose this weight just from a completely different food adjustment I'm excited for when I can really get into exercising. I have had alot more NRG walking and even doing some running here n there in the backyard lol I really wanna do skipping but I'll work my way up to that. I managed to do 5 half push-ups the other day my arms are so big and so weak but my ultimate goal is to do 5 proper push-ups! I admit I tend to treat myself when the scales go in a downward direction and altho I was tempted to buy a mini chocolate bar the other day I didn't and came home to have an apple 🍎
109.9 kg Lost so far: 8.8 kg.    Still to go: 34.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 2.4 kg a Week
