Ty becca, good morning! You are up early. I mean, i am frustrated but it is totally deserved. I have not been disciplined about eating. Or drinking. Earlier in the week i was up about 6# so it is not as bad as it could be. Luckily i am still keeping a lot of good habits in place -- water, acv, if, workouts to mitigate the slide but i am not gonna lose the next 40 by getting into the chips every night! I joined a dry month challenge here that starts tomorrow. I hope others do it. The last time i tried to join a challenge i couldn't figure it out and it seemed to be one person typing posts in all caps.

Well, you do have it all under control. Sometimes I get tired simply reading about all you are doing! 😉 Actually, you are an enormous inspiration for me. ❤

Ha, i can relate to that! I don't feel like i am doing all that much, (life in the slow lane, haha) but sometimes i feel tired reading other ppl's posts. Lots of analytics and such. Right back atcha! You are 20# lighter than i am!

Jengetfit123 ---> Hey, Returning the shout out, hope everything's going well you and your fitness goals.....Keep those pictures coming! I may sit quietly aside, but I'm watching.....Your doing great! Don't get discouraged, just maintain your laser focus... :) I will have to say that I give credit where credit is due, you women have it difficult with hormonal imbalances, water weight, stressors, and other womanly events..... More power 2 ya in maintaining your enthusiasm at times. Now keep going..... Cheering you on !
