mysize10's Journal, 19 Feb 19

I have been so very happy with my blood sugar count. My numbers have come way down from being in the high 200's to the low 100's. Getting healthier and healthier is such a benefit for letting go of process food and sugar. I'll do bloodwork on March 8th and look forward to seeing my numbers.
