Ok so my plan is to stop eating after Monday night dinner until the Friday morning break-fast. Each and ever week until my condition has in proved.
101.1 kg Lost so far: 1.9 kg.    Still to go: 16.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

All good but I have noticed that a lot of spiking like high's and low's so will see how this week goes and might try intermittent fasting, say day on day off at keep the the Keto diet.
