Okay, okay, this eating whatever i want whenever i want and not tracking is not working for me. i know this is just ridiculous and even i am fed up with my own excuses. Yes, i am sick and yes, i am being a huge baby about it, but i gotta pull back the reins. Someday soon, this cold is going to go afflict someone else, and i don't want to be knocking on the door of 180 when it does.
79.4 kg Lost so far: 24.9 kg.    Still to go: 11.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

It helps me to not get down on myself for my eating choices, but, no-matter-what I log what I eat. When I try to analyze what works for me and what does not, I can't-have-missing-data. This 'analysis' is crucial. It is what showed me that 'excess protein' was my problem. I made the 'adjustment' based on the logging, and finally hit my BMI for only the second time in my adult life. Log-Log-Log :)
