79.1 kg Lost so far: 25.9 kg.    Still to go: 9.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

That falls within normal range doesn't it? body fat% is supposed to be between 20 and 30 I thought.

For women that's true but for guys it's about 5-10% lower. I'm not far off a healthy weight but want to give myself a decent buffer too so am aiming for a mid-range BF%.
