I usually don't weigh in midweek, or at least i don't post it. But i have been going on faith and so how am i not gonna post this?
80.3 kg Lost so far: 24.0 kg.    Still to go: 12.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I remember how hard it was to only weigh once a week back when I went to Weight Watchers. Now I think weighing helps me be real and look at what I have been doing the past few days to see if I can see the reason if the scale doesn't make sense. Usually I have been doing what I want instead of what's best. I do need to trust God more and not think I can do it on my own.
