Good progress after a few 36 hour water fasts last week (alternate day fasting or ADF) and a solid weekend refeed.
75.3 kg Lost so far: 29.7 kg.    Still to go: 5.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Is a fast just water!

Water fasting is only consuming water for a period of time but many also drink black coffee and other zero calorie drinks as well during. There are many other forms of fasting too which is more about abstaining from different things for however long.
