Not a good day for me. Tired and overworked. :(
79.4 kg Lost so far: 5.0 kg.    Still to go: 6.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Sorry you had a rough day. Remember to try to think of any GOOD things that happened during the day. Even on BAD days, I try to find at least one thing that I can be thankful for.

Set aside to just relax, even if it is just sitting on the porch taking in some fresh air

Aww that's a bummer. I hope your day gets better and the rest of your week goes smoothly as we transition into May. Maybe you could do something relaxing for yourself like go on a leisurely walk and then drink some herbal tea (or decaffeinated earl grey is sooo good and soothing, especially with a little bit of milk and honey)...read a magazine, take a bubble bath, etc. Pamper yourself and recharge and then hopefully you'll feel better ☺️ 🍵
