Not the greatest day. I fell into the dark hole again. It happens. All I want to do is eat and I end up doing just that. Not sure why. Just a gloomy rainy day and a pandemic...
It is OK. I will climb out. Will try to get an evening walk done, in the rain but it would be calming I think. I ran earlier and there were not that many people outside LOL
And another piece of good news: Did all my exercises... exercise challenge girls. . I feel my gluts today.

Draglist I had to laugh when you said you looked for the least damaging things to eat on that "want to eat everything" day. I totally relate lol, trying to satisfy that urge with as little regret as possible. Cheese is my go to for that as well 😂😂😂

Draglist, I do the same thing. That's why I keep Smart 50 popcorn on hand. I can eat enough to calm the cravings but I don't blow it out of the water with calories 😊 Also, pickles, pickled okra, cherry peppers & olives....they're nice for chewing but again not a lot of calories.
