omgggg i am so close to my goal i love it i got on the scale and i weigh 193.0 i am doing so well i can feel my change and my weight loss...i know i have busting my butt off and hard work truly pays off i will be going to the gym tonight and just keeping up the good work...

87.5 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 19.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
