Good going! That is still really great even if a tiny bit up. Yesterday I was waiting in a medical office building and decided I would utilize their seven flights of stairs. It was a good workout going up and down and up and down. The air was good! Even the rain we are getting isn't making much of a difference... I am also so ready to be able to run and walk again outside!
