Trend reversal confirmed (lose from gain) with new quarterly low of 152.67 lbs. Glad to know how to reverse the engines. Have unintentionally been doing 14:10 IF the past two weeks cause this Sleepy Beauty needs 7.5-9 hours to feel right and when I wake up in the middle of the night with insomnia and sleep in until I'm ready.
69.7 kg Lost so far: 16.5 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
