Restricted calories for weightloss I’m at 2500 rdi but on average get below 2000 kcal..

@ Kelcir restricting the amount of cal intake to be slightly under your RDI. Yeah for sure it does, I'm using a slightly extreme method based on the same principle. Between fasting with water. Doing weight drop sets and exercise I've managed to smash down my cal intake from a RDI of 2500 to between just 0 - 200 cal per day.

@fob zom81e how do you live on 200 kcal a day and still workout that’s abit far fetched mane..??

Thank you both. I watched a documentary last night called "Fat Fiction" and this confirmed for me that restricting carbs to 20g a day is definitely the right way to go to lose weight and stay healthy. A diet high in healthy fats and protein and low in carbs has been proven. With that said, fruit is high in carbs but I've been replacing a meal with a fruit smoothie which helps me to reach the RDI I set at 1300. Calorie counting does not help me lose weight. Only low carbs at this point works

@Eds76 Nah used to do kickboxing tournaments then had kids and lifestyle changes I kinda let myself go a bit. But same method as getting tournament ready to shed weight in a short space of time. I eat 1 small meal one day which is always under 200cal then skip the next day and only drink water and take multi vits. I have reserves to burn lmao. I know this works for me, it's a bit of an endurance lag but I like results fast.
