OK a bit of a lite calories loss today, went ucol to get dermatology done on my face which has put me of fitness for the rest of the week 😏
Weather wet again tomorrow so need to keep food in take a little smaller until next week I will be back into the gym
109.8 kg Lost so far: 1 kg.    Still to go: 29.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
