Big bump up on averages but today weight is lowest of week @ 153.66lb. Sunday is one-year anniversary of hitting goal weight of 154lb - down from 190lb - so that's cool. Pretty much in maintenance mode since 11/22/2019. Range 158.70 -149.91 lbs.
70.2 kg Lost so far: 16.0 kg.    Still to go: 0.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
