I don't seem to really be shifting the weight. Not upset about it. Trainer had suggested intermittent fasting. Have done it in the past. Happy to give it another go.
94.1 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 12.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
