I jumped on the scales this morning to check my progress and I'm very pleased with the result so far. I've been very active these last few days too as I'm on leave so have been able to do odd jobs around the place like spring cleaning and log splitting. I've started to use my spin bike daily too, I'm so unfit, 30 mins was torture haha!
74.1 kg Lost so far: 1.0 kg.    Still to go: 10.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
