back on track again getting rid of that xmas and new year cheat eating..5th of january was my 4th year of my weightloss/fitness journey..so iam very pleased with progression thus far have lost 35kg going to lose about 10kg more then thatll be suffice..:)

I am back to hitting the gym hard myself, but still too much crap in the diet. Like you said- can’t out train a bad diet. Need more protein and less Pringles. 💪🏼
