I've been comfort eating the last couple of days and gained a couple if pounds. I've continued with my daily exercise so not all bad. tomorrow is a new week so I shall start at the beginning again.
74.7 kg Lost so far: 0.4 kg.    Still to go: 10.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
