Oh dear! 😣 I've been away on holiday. I had good intentions as I took healthy food to the Bach where we were staying. The first night we were there, I thought.."sod it, I'm on holiday", and decided to eat and drink what I liked 🍾🍷🍫🍰🍦🍕🍟🌮😁 It was fun! Now I need to work to get it off.
I was thinking of trying the Fast Diet again. Starting today! I've been fasting all day, I shall have my tea soon.
75.9 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 12.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

It's that time of year - and being on holiday is extra fun when you are not thinking about what you are eating and drinking. You will get there again. :)

Minor setback I just had 1 myself with alcohol remember the journeys for life you’ll have highs n lows as you go you will find a median that’ll be comfortable for you..👍🏼💪🏼
