Good on everyone who's giving good health a go. I've tried to be health conscious but have learnt about the mistakes I've made along the way. Not just about losing a bit of weight, but actually to be in good health. Want to see my kids grow up. Starting slow, I find the gym hard work as I've always done activities to keep me fit...ex farmer. Now I've got to see out my 2 year membership. Doing low carb hi healthy fat eating, finding myself not hungry, no real cravings. Happy to have found ultra low carb beer!
