Hit the scales yesterday and it started 94 which hadn't happened for ages.
really let myself chuck on some weight last year, 13kgs from March to Jan.
super keen to get it back off and now I'm half way there.
I'm doing the 16:8 fasting, no beer for a month and trying to be more active with kids and mates.
unbelievable how much better I'm feeling already
94.5 kg Lost so far: 6.4 kg.    Still to go: 6.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
