Finally!!! After a rocky start I have lost about 1.5kgs. I have been completely inactive due to two surgeries so was beginning to think it wasn't going to happen, perseverance has paid off...it's a start so I'm happy with that 😁😁😁
78 kg Lost so far: 2 kg.    Still to go: 8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
