I've been a bit naughty this week I've had a couple of beers and takeaways I gave into temptation 🙃 but my weight has stayed the same yeah boi.

for exercise I've been doing 100 press ups and 100 lunges every morning 5 x sets of 20 reps

walking around 7 to 8 kms a day.
85 kg Lost so far: 6 kg.    Still to go: 13 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I'm working my way up to 200 press ups and lunges a day at the moment I'm training Mondays jujitsu as a student and instructing Taekwondo Wednesdays so yes press ups and lunges on top of other training I do already. good idea ill do them before end of my working day. Ata marie koe
